Pizza day!

Wow what a day it was! I and my two very close friends did something new today. We baked Pizza! It was a fun experience doing it for the first time and trust me, they were much better than the ones sold outside for a fortune.we got some pizza bases and cheese from a Nilgiri's store. Some veggies (tomatos, capsicum and carrots to be precise) and some ketchup. We got the blender machine from my home and of course my camera.

When we walked home we were surprised by the third one joining us for eating our pizza! We made some tomato onion paste for spreading on the base, chopped up all the veggies , sprinkled cheese and beaked them in the oven. My friend was so involved in the process that poor fellow cut his skin while cutting the vegetables. Thats something for commitment!Im very proud of him! (yes he's fine)
The Pizzas tasted wonderful! For once this was the one pizza that didn't make me sick after eating them. We three had a nice time together talking and spending some time. We were even served some very tasty poori saagu and mango squash by my friend's mother.I was filled to the brim!I even planned to nap for sometime in his place...hehe...but sadly my home is very close to his and i walked back home and slept.
All in all a wonderful pizza making day! thank u guys! would like to do more, bigger and heavier pizzas in the future :)

Recipe

Ingredients : Pizza base, vegetables of your choice (don't choose to buy peas and potatoes.....capsicum,carrots, tomatoes a couple of chillies, olives, coriander leaves
should do for a decent simple pizza) , cheese, some ketchup.

Requirements : chopper and an oven

Method : chop the vegetables. Make a paste of tomato and onion by mashing them both and frying it on a pan. Spread the paste on the pizza base.put decent amount of vegetables evenly on the surface.Spread a layer of cheese. Keep it in the oven for few minutes ( we had kept it for 5+2 minutes). serve and enjoy!

P.S- This is a vegetarian recipe and I am sorry I have absolutely no idea about non-veg toppings over the pizza.
